2026 Pricing

Booking Policy
We require a 40% deposit at time of booking and a final payout 30 days prior to your charter. Deposits at time of booking are non refundable, but can be transferred to an alternate date in the same fishing season ( subject to availability ). The Transfer of dates must occur prior to May 1 or the deposit is considered forfeited.
Charter Rates do not include applicable taxes, fishing licenses, or gratuity.

Our pricing covers everything you need for a fantastic fishing adventure. This includes guided fishing, all your gear and tackle, accommodations in our 30-foot RV, and all your meals. We have a clear per-person, per-day rate that makes it easy to know exactly what to expect, with no hidden fees.

How does fish processing and storage work?
We take fish care seriously.

All fish are properly handled, bled, cleaned, and iced daily

Optional fish processing (filleting, vacuum sealing, and freezing) is available at an additional cost (please inquire)

Fish can be iced or frozen for easy transport home
Filling coolers and freezers is something Winter Harbour is known for.
What is the length of stay for all-inclusive packages?
Our all-inclusive packages are designed around the number of fishing days you book. Typically:

Check-in is from 4:30 to 5:30 PM on the day you arrive. We’ll have dinner ready and go over the fishing plan for the next morning.

You’ll start fishing the following day bright and early.
-
On your last day of fishing, we wrap up on the water by around 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 3:30 PM.
For those traveling on and off the island, especially through Port Hardy, we recommend booking your last night’s accommodation either in Port Hardy or planning your travel time down to Nanaimo. This makes your departure day smooth and stress-free.
